Call for Abstracts for the 86th Kanagawa Nephritis Study Group

This is a workshop where four pathologists (Honda Kazuho, ​​Kanatsuna Tomoko, Yamashita Tomofumi, and Hara Shigeo) will give one hour-long presentation on each topic, explaining kidney biopsy specimens.
If you would like to provide new pathological comments in addition to the diagnosis at your own facility, please submit a presentation.
I hope this will help you with your paper submission.
We are also looking forward to presentations on kidney damage caused by new molecular targeted drugs and various drugs, which have been attracting attention in recent years.

Please enter the title of the presentation, researcher name (please include furigana for presenter names), affiliation, and abstract (approximately 800 characters) in Microsoft Word and send it to the Kanagawa Nephritis Study Group Secretariat.
Abstract submission deadline: Friday, November 14, 2025
■Slide submission deadline: Friday, December 5, 2025
■ Application conditions
This is a case in which light microscope specimens, electron microscope photographs, and fluorescent antibody photographs are all available.
Please refrain from applying for facilities that were announced in the 85th competition.
■About the presentation
The presentation will be approximately 7 minutes long and will be presented using PowerPoint.
Please note that we may ask you to present at a later date depending on the number of presentations available.
■ Submitting slides
Once the presentation topic has been decided, we will contact each presenter. Please promptly send the renal biopsy light microscope specimen (virtual slide viewable with Hamamatsu Photonics image viewing software), electron microscope photographs, and fluorescent antibody photographs to the secretariat.
If you have difficulty submitting virtual slides, please contact the secretariat.
- Presented cases will be posted on the members-only page (abstract collection) on the website.
If you do not wish to have your work published, please understand that we will refrain from announcing it before submitting your application.
